We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Marketing Expert to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and executing CRM marketing strategies, with a strong focus on customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and campaign management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can leverage CRM tools to enhance customer engagement, drive retention, and maximize ROI across multiple markets.
- CRM Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive CRM marketing strategies to improve customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
- Collaborate with senior management to align CRM strategies with overall business objectives
Plan, execute, and manage CRM marketing campaigns across various channels (email, SMS, in-app, etc.) for different markets including Malaysia, UAE, Germany, Europe, and more.
- Utilize CRM tools to segment customers and personalize marketing messages to drive engagement and conversions.
Build, maintain, and clean a robust customer database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Implement data enrichment and segmentation strategies to enhance customer profiles and targeting precision.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization:
Monitor and analyze the performance of CRM campaigns using KPIs and metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to continually improve campaign performance.
- Customer Journey Mapping:
Develop and maintain customer journey maps to understand and optimize the customer experience at each touchpoint.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer journeys and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and IT, to ensure cohesive and integrated CRM initiatives.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed to support CRM activities.
- Innovation and Best Practices:
Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in CRM and lifecycle marketing.
- Implement innovative solutions to enhance CRM capabilities and drive continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management and customer engagement.
Proficiency in CRM tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho CRM).- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
