About the client: PSS has been mandated to hire a
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager for an organized jewelry retail house in South India.
Job Purpose: This professional significantly helps maintain a persisting level of engagement with a company's key customers. Nevertheless, a customer relationship manager has the efficiency of building trustworthy relationships with clients. They are also responsible for protecting the brand. The professionals can do this only by maintaining a positive image throughout. Besides, a CRM manager can manage customer relations successfully by liaising between the company and the customer. This means they can monitor customer satisfaction for the company. This is undoubtedly the best way to serve the customers of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement CRM platform and associated solutions
- Ensure adoption of CRM by all stakeholders
- Own the CRM data process data capture, maintenance, segmentation, and insight
- Managing the customer journey at all touchpoints
- Ensure details of leads and walk-ins flow into CRM and manage the funnel for conversion to sales
- Conceptualize specific marketing campaigns for acquiring customers and retaining customers including tracking and measuring the effectiveness of programs
- Build and launch a loyalty program
- Manage customer engagement (like queries, complaints, etc.) on various online channels like website, WhatsApp, etc
Educational Qualifications And Experience
- MBA in Marketing from reputed institutes with at least 7 to 10 years of relevant experience
- Should be already managing a team
- Preferred industry Retail, Jewellery, FMCG, Fashion retail.
