Job Description

Customer Data Management:
  • Collecting, organizing, and analyzing customer data.
Ensuring the CRM database is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Segmenting customers for targeted marketing efforts.
Customer Engagement:
  • Developing and executing customer engagement strategies.
Coordinating communication campaigns via email, social media, and other channels.
  • Monitoring customer feedback and addressing concerns or inquiries.
Marketing Campaigns:
  • Designing and implementing CRM campaigns to boost customer loyalty and retention.
Tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create personalized marketing messages.
Sales Support:
  • Providing the sales team with insights derived from CRM data.
Assisting in the development of sales strategies based on customer trends and behaviors.
  • Ensuring smooth integration of CRM tools with other sales tools.
Reporting and Analytics:
  • Generating reports on customer behavior, campaign performance, and sales metrics.
Using data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Presenting findings to management and suggesting actionable insights.
CRM System Management:
  • Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the CRM system.
Training staff on CRM system usage and best practices.
  • Working with IT and software vendors to troubleshoot and enhance the CRM system.
Customer Satisfaction:
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and implementing strategies to improve them.
Developing loyalty programs and incentives to increase customer retention.
  • Managing customer surveys and feedback mechanisms.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CRM software
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
Understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
