Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer relationship Executive to be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. The customer relationship executive will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.vGood communication, follow-up skills and pleased personality.   • Knowledge in computer technology , google Sheet , CRM .
Generate more prospective leads from existing customers.
  • Attending queries, Providing Customer Support
Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
  • Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
  • Collaborating with other departments ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 18,
  • 00 - 25,000.00 per month
