CRM Assistant

We at Garudachala Estates Pvt Ltd hiring post-sale CRM assistants must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Real Estate company.

Responsible

• Act as a primary point of contact for customers after a sale, assisting them with inquiries, issues, and support requests.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information

Requirement

A Bachelor's degree is a must.

Minimum 1 year experience as CRM assistant after post-sale.
