We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in driving sales growth within a corporate environment. As a Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and building and maintaining relationships with key clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
  • Lead, train and manage a team of sales professionals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts
  • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management
  • Ensure that sales activities comply with company policies and regulations
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of products and services

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5-12 years of experience in corporate sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Experience in managing a team of sales professionals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Should have corporates sales experience.
  • Good Relationship Management skills.
