As a Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new corporate accounts and maximizing revenue from existing accounts. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in sales. The job is located in Palwal, Haryana, India and is a full-time position.
Qualifications And Skills
- Proven experience as a Corporate Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of business strategy and market dynamics
- Event planning and management experience is a plus
Roles And Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new corporate accounts through research and prospecting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate companies
- Negotiate corporate rates and contracts to maximize revenue
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with other departments such as Rooms Division and Event Planning to ensure seamless service to corporate clients
- Develop and implement business strategies to grow corporate sales
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management team
