Job Description

Job Title: Manager - Corporate HR

Location: Worli, Mumbai

Experience: 8 to 10 years

Reporting To: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Qualification: MBA in HR (or equivalent)

Compensation: Negotiable

About the Role:

We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Manager - Corporate HR to join our team in Worli, Mumbai. If you have a strong background in Corporate HR, Strategy Planning, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and HRMS System Implementation, this role might be perfect for you. You'll be key in driving strategic HR projects and initiatives, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and effectively influence stakeholders. We're seeking someone who is proactive, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is a must.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Shaping Corporate HR Strategy:
  • Work closely with the CHRO to craft and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals. You'll lead initiatives that focus on long-term planning and organizational development.
  • Driving Learning & Development:
  • You'll design and roll out learning programs that help our employees grow in their careers. This includes identifying training needs and creating tailored solutions for different departments.
  • Managing Talent:
  • Lead our talent acquisition efforts, from recruitment to onboarding. You'll also develop strategies for talent management, including succession planning and leadership development.
  • Implementing HRMS Systems:
  • Take charge of implementing and managing HRMS systems to make our HR processes more efficient. Your role will ensure these technologies are smoothly integrated and adopted by the team.
  • Boosting Employee Engagement:
  • Develop and execute initiatives that keep our employees engaged and satisfied. You'll conduct surveys, analyze the results, and recommend ways to improve the workplace culture.
  • Analyzing Data and Reporting:
  • You'll be the go-to person for analyzing HR data to spot trends, challenges, and opportunities. You'll prepare reports and dashboards to share with senior management, making sure decisions are data-driven.

Managing Surveys and Feedback:

Design and run employee surveys to gather feedback on our HR initiatives. You'll analyze the data and provide insights that can enhance our HR processes and
