Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Conversion Team Leader to join ourteam in Sofia. The ideal candidate will lead a team of conversion specialists, driving efforts tooptimize conversion rates, enhance client onboarding, and maximize revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of conversion specialists. Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Conversion Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates across all
channels. Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize the conversion funnel and enhance
Lead-to-client Conversion Rates..3. Client Onboarding
Ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding process for new clients. Develop onboarding materials and processes to improve client understanding
and satisfaction. Address and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the onboarding process.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze conversion metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for
improvement. Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and conversion
outcomes. Use insights to drive continuous improvement in conversion strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align
strategies and improve conversion outcomes. Provide training and support to the team to enhance their conversion techniques

Ensure all conversion activities comply with industry regulations and companypolicies.
Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes affecting forex tradingand client onboarding.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role within the forex orfinancial services industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools. Proficiency in CRM software and conversion optimization tools. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
