Job Description

Best suited for real world experience in marketing and sales enablement for professional services delivered using a B2B SaaS product. You'll be directly involved as part of CEO office in strategic planning, performing market research, customer relationship management, operating and executing on key strategy and tactics across digital as well as non-digital channels.

We deliver professional services using data, content and AI to fuel learning and growth. Started in 2019 as a general idea of netflix for conferences content, our team has gone multiple iterations and focused on applying human-centered AI solutions to curate, generate and deliver high quality professional content in a personalized, time-saving manner. As part of our growth plan, we are seeking highly motivated, learning-oriented member to be part of our early team and get opportunity to work closely with founder and advisory teams.

About the role

As a Content Marketing, you will be co-designing, owning and implementing sales and marketing initiatives as well as building the core customer partnerships for success. Expect to be very practical and hands-on! It is an incredibly unique opportunity to be part of a startup that has global plans to achieve commercial success and is yet small enough (in terms of headcount) where you can make a big difference!

Some of job responsibilities will include :

  • Represent our company's products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
  • Go-to-market Strategy: Perform market research, conceptualize marketing plan and business development processes, develop and execute on sales operations
  • Perform necessary activities to generate leads, prioritise, qualify them, and convert them into new business and contract extensions
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
  • Develop personalized business development proposals, visually enriching and clear communications and content materials to support the sales process.
  • Take a leading role in the support of a marketing strategy, messaging, and sales collateral.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps
  • Data and Analytics: Work hands-on to accumulate data and perform analysis, managing data in CRM and analytics
  • Internal operations: employer marketing, events, recruitment of key functions, project delivery management
  • Establish, build, and maintain positive, professional relationships and interaction at all decision levels.
  • Understand the competitive landscape, gaining in-depth knowledge of the company's competitors, opportunities, and threats.

Requirements

  • Candidate should have strong problem solving skills, both quantitative and qualitative
  • Strong communication skills (Verbal and written)- be able to communicate clearly, concisely and listen well. Further develop presentations, documents, and spreadsheets/databases
  • Preference will be given to candidate with demonstrated sales and marketing experience in the past.
  • Candidates in business programs (MBA/ Media Marketing) with technological bend and those from technology background with great interest in marketing
  • Curiosity in the world of digital content for professional development, corporate learning, leadership trainings, education, etc.
  • Ability to see the big picture, design processes from scratch and break down big strategic projects into small executable steps (and execute these steps)
  • Results-driven and ability to get things done in a fast and efficient way, good at making sure the trains run on time
  • Ownership mentality, a healthy level of self-awareness and ability to learn from your own mistakes

In addition to developing technical understanding and expertise in marketing, the internship program puts a strong focus on candidate's ability to demonstrate the core professional skills, attitudes and essential behaviors that are highly valued in a global professional working environment. They can be split into 4 categories:

  • Logic, problem solving and analysis
  • Initiative, autonomy and responsibility
  • Organization, professionalism and productivity
  • Communication, collaboration and adaptability

Note: this role is not about giving advice to management and high-level strategy design or managing others. The role is about making important things happen and building a business for the future.

Duration: You must be able to commit full-time (40 hrs per week). You must have the right to work full-time remotely for the duration of the contract without violating any pre-existing or future agreements.

Compensation : Rs. 18,000 per month + bonus based on results
