Position Summary:

A consultant - Assessment Specialist will be responsible for leading educational assessment initiatives through tool design, psychometric analysis, IRT-based methodologies, and endtoend project execution for large-scale government education assessment projects.

Experience and Skills:

Minimum Qualification:

• Post-graduate/master's or equivalent from recognized institute

Desirable Qualification:

• Published research or policy papers in educational assessment.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience
• 2+ years of experience in Education Assessment project for government entity.
• Proficiency in tool design and psychometric analysis.
• Proven experience of working with Item Response theory (IRT PRO)
• Experience in leading assessment initiatives focused on students learning outcomes.
• Hands-on experience in supporting project planning, coordination, and execution.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in multi-stakeholder environments, including with government agencies or education boards.
• Experience in creating reports, presentations, and operational documentation for large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with data collection tools, survey platforms, and analysis methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, project management tools, and online survey platforms.

Desired Experience:

• Familiarity with education and assessment frameworks.

Contract Duration - 1 Year

Job Location- Dwarka (5 Days a Week)
