Job Title: Construction Manager Factory Construction

Qualification :- B.E./B.Tech. CIVIL ENGINEERING

Location: Khalapur (KHOPOLI,RAIGARH,MAHARASHTRA)

CTC: 1012 LPA

Job Summary :- We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Construction Manager to lead and manage factory/industrial construction projects. The role involves end-to-end execution of construction activities including RCC, masonry, plastering, and finishing works, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:-

Plan, manage, and coordinate all construction activities including RCC works, masonry, plastering, and finishing activities

Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans

Lead and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution

Ensure compliance with safety norms, quality standards, and statutory requirements

Coordinate with clients, architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and consultants

Oversee day-to-day site operations including manpower deployment, equipment planning, and material procurement

Ensure proper execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs

Implement and monitor Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) systems

Key Requirements :-

4 to 6 years of experience in factory / industrial construction projects

Strong hands-on experience in RCC structures, masonry works, plastering, and finishing

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipliner.

Proficiency in project planning tools such as MS Project, or similar

Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and Indian standards

Certifications such as PMP, CCM, or equivalent will be an added advantage
