We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Cold Calling Specialist. As a Cold Calling Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients over the phone to introduce our products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong determination to achieve sales goals. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Previous experience in cold calling or sales is a plus
• Female candidates preferred
• Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience
