As a Closer, you will play a crucial role in converting leads into clients, helping us expand our client base and grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their video production needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads generated by our marketing team.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring mutual satisfaction for both the client and Cinephile Bro's Studio.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with our production team to ensure seamless project handovers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective closing strategies.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or closing role, preferably within the creative or video production industry.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the video production process and its value to clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High level of self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work onsite in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
