Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Servicing Executive.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded throughout their engagement with our services.

You will play a crucial role in tracking client orders, solving escalations building strong client relationships, and driving customer satisfaction.

• Responsibilities and Scope of Work:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and effectively communicate these to our editing, design, and print teams.

Manage client projects starting from verification, scheduling, invoice creation communicating delivery dates, and ensuring quality standards are met.

• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell services or products based on client needs and preferences.

Manage client expectations and resolve escalations by liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Onboarding new clients by clearly outlining the different services and products offered by the company.

Collaborate with internal teams (editing, design & print) to ensure seamless execution of client projects.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system.

• Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Arts Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Knowledge of image post-processing techniques and print production

Proven experience (2-3 years) in a client-facing role, preferably in a similar industry such as photography, printing, or editing.

• Working knowledge of post-production software like Lightroom and Photoshop

Proficiency in Google Sheets, managing emails, HubSpot, and messaging apps.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Strong project management abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and inquiries.
