Job Summary: The Client Services and Admissions Counselor will be responsible for servicing the client by driving student applications, ensuring a seamless admission process, and fostering ongoing engagement. This role involves promoting the institution's programs, guiding prospective students through the application process, planning lead-generation activities, and providing comprehensive analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the educational sector, and the ability to build relationships with both the institution and prospective students.
Key Responsibilities: Client Servicing: Serve as the main point of contact for the client, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Develop and maintain strong relationships with all the stakeholders. Provide regular updates and reports to the client on the progress of student applications and admissions. Work closely with the client to understand their admission goals, strategies, and engagement needs.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient admission process.
Admissions Counseling: Conduct outreach to prospective students to promote the institute's programs. Provide detailed information about the institution's programs, admission requirements, and application processes. Guide students through the application process, including form filling, documentation, and submission. Review and evaluate student applications to ensure completeness and compliance with the institution's requirements. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient admission process & execution of activities. Engagement and Lead Generation: Plan and implement engagement activities to foster interest and excitement about the institute. Develop and execute lead-generation strategies to attract prospective students. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns. Stay updated with industry trends and competitive practices to provide relevant and up-to-date information to prospective students.
Data Management and Analysis: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and student applications in the CRM system. Prepare and present regular reports to the management & client on admissions statistics, activities, and counseling outcomes. Conduct end-of-year analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of engagement and lead generation activities. Provide insights and recommendations for improving future admission cycles based on data analysis.
Qualifications Education: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, admissions, or a related field. Experience in higher education or university admissions is highly desirable.
