Review and prepare reports for senior management
Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors and management

Act as a point of contact
Following up on payments
Sale deeds, builder documents, welcome letter etc to prepare for the clients
Providing receipts and working closely with the accounts team
Preparing reports like the debtors list for maintenance of inflow and outflow
Build rapport with clients and ask for referrals
Maintain inventory reports
Respond to clients on google reviews
Cooridnate with the sales and marketing team
Maintain records with client data etc
Job Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in finance, CRM, sales and other business related fields.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience
Understand Real estate market and trends
Must be well-organised and detail-oriented
Ability to build rapport with clients and manage expectations
Fluent in English, Kannada and Hindi are a plus
Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment, ability to multitask, and meet multiple tight deadlines
Good negotiation and collaboration skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications as well as CRM softwares
Comfortable with legal terms and structures for standard commercial contracts
Self-starter who exhibits ownership of assigned tasks and who will push for solutions that solve immediate problems while building toward long-term goals
Ability to effectively be flexible in approach, and respond well to pressure
