Advery Marketing Solutions (OPC) is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in Funnel Solutions (One Page Checkout), Web Development (Shopify & WordPress), Complete App Development Packages, Photoshoot and Video Shoot (B-roll, informational, behind the scenes), and Media Buying (for Facebook Ads and Google Ads). Client Relationship Management

  1. Client Onboarding and Training:
  • Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Provide initial training and continuous support to clients regarding the company's products or services.
  1. Account Management:
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Regularly check in with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues proactively.
  1. Client Retention:
  • Develop strategies to enhance client retention and reduce churn.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
  1. Feedback and Improvement:
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to inform product development and service improvements.
  • Implement changes based on client feedback to enhance the overall client experience.
Sales Closing
  1. Lead Conversion:
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels (e.g., inbound inquiries, marketing campaigns, networking).
  • Nurture leads through the sales funnel to convert them into clients.
  1. Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
  1. Pipeline Management:
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline.
  • Track all sales activities, communications, and progress in a CRM system.
  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
Reporting and Analytics
  1. Performance Tracking:
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., sales targets, client retention rates).
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, outcomes, and forecasts.
  1. Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Use insights to refine sales approaches and client management strategies.
Collaboration and Communication
  1. Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, customer support) to ensure client needs are met.
  • Coordinate with other sales associates to share best practices and strategies.
  1. Client Communication:
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients through various channels (e.g., email, phone, meetings).
  • Address client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
