Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Relationship Executive. The Client Relationship Executive will play a crucial role in maintaining client relationships, generating leads, and driving business growth for our company, which specializes in SAS and software development services. This is an excellent opportunity for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals to kickstart their career in client management and sales.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the features and benefits of our SAS and software development services.
  • Develop customized solutions and proposals based on client requirements, negotiating terms and pricing to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, addressing any issues or escalations to ensure a positive client experience.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system, and generate reports as required.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to attract new clients and drive business growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to increase brand visibility and expand the client base.
Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service excellence through ongoing training and professional development initiatives.
  • Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business development.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, presentations, and industry events as required.
