Overview
We are seeking a passionate Client Relationship Executive to join Ratti Brands. In this role, you will be the key link between clients and the company, ensuring satisfaction with our skincare and dermatological products. Your strong communication and product knowledge will help address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance. You will enhance customer loyalty, improve experiences, and collaborate with sales and product development teams to relay feedback and refine our services. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Schedule Appointments and maintain CRM Entries
- Follow up on Appointments and scheduled visits
- Receive customers and address common questions
- Address questions about services and products when necessary
- Address complaints and provide solutions
- Reception Management
- Provide feedback to management on clinic performance and customer insights.
- Manage customer accounts and process orders as needed.
- Educate customers on promotional offers and loyalty programs.
- Resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies with empathy and urgency.
- Coordinate with the management internally.
Required Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in the English Language
- Handling Customers
- Adept at using Excel & PC / Mac
Experience Required
- Client / Customer Facing roles
- Sales Experience preferred
- Clinic Experience preferred
- Experience managing appointments in software's & CRMs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
