Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to drive, performance, revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base, achieve growth, profitability targets and enhance market presence.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients to drive sales and meet business objectives and enhance the company's brand and market presence.
Lead the successful launch of new real estate projects, focusing on luxury sales and customer acquisition. Manage channel sales and direct sales efforts to maximize market penetration and sales volume.
Oversee the implementation and utilization of CRM systems to optimize customer interactions and retention. Drive revenue generation through effective sales techniques and customer relationship management.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market needs and product offerings. Analyse sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and recommendations for improvement.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market insights, and competitive activities. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Represent Adani at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build the company's presence. Stay updated with industry developments, competitor activities, identify opportunities for growth and incorporate best practices to optimize sales processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Management.
Total 20+ years of work experience. At least 5 years of experience at Senior Leadership Role.
