Job Description

Generate new sales enquiries
  • Follow up on leads.
Identify sales prospects and keep in contact
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups.

Skills and Qualifications:
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling data, processing orders, and managing information.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and implement solutions quickly.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with sales and CRM software, as well as standard office applications.Customer Service Orientation: A focus on meeting customer needs and providing excellent service.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well with other team members and departments to
achieve common goals.

Education and Experience:
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
1-2 years of Previous experience in sales support, coordination, or a similar role
