Cargo Supervisor

Description

We are looking for a Cargo Supervisor with 0-1 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to manage and supervise the loading and unloading of cargo, ensure that cargo is handled safely and efficiently, and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of cargo. Responsibilities

• Supervise the loading and unloading of cargo
• Ensure that cargo is handled safely and efficiently
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of cargo
• Maintain accurate records of cargo movements
• Prepare reports on cargo handling activities
• Train new employees on cargo handling procedures
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations

Skills and Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in cargo handling or logistics
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of cargo handling procedures and safety regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to manage and supervise a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends
