Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for Parent's/Students Interaction over Tale calling.
- Responsible for Enrolling students on Online/offline Learning Platforms
- Closing the weekly Expectations and Deliverables of Enrollment to process products.
- Follow-up Leads & maintain proper records for leads generated / tele-calling / other
activities
- Database Management
- Convert the leads assigned to sales over calls.
- Do outbound calls/Inbound Calls and follow up calls on a daily basis with prospective
customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience in Business Development/similar roles.
- Fresh /B com/BBA/MBA candidates with relevant skills can also apply
- Must be well versed with MS-Office (Specially Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint),
Email
- Campaigns (bulk email), CRM Tools, social media
- Prior experience of selling IT solutions and services will be added advantage
- Must have ability to organize and manage prospects / leads database
- Focus on growth and scale in every task assigned
- Go-getter, disciplined and paramount adherence to set timelines and result parameters
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, without compromise on quality of delivery
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.

Pay: 25,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month
