Job Description

Take ownership of developing and executing campaigns to boost user activation, engagement and conversion across in-app and external platforms.
Analyze campaign performance daily, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for target segmentation, messaging, and channel selection.
Experiment with campaign tactics to enhance conversion rates using data-driven decisions.
Create detailed campaign plans and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders.
Develop and execute playbooks to introduce users to new and existing features and offerings.
Analyze user journeys for insights and recommendations, leveraging A/B testing to improve traffic and funnel performance.

What are we looking for

Experience managing product/user growth campaigns, preferably in Fintech or consumer tech product companies.
Strong understanding of product growth dynamics and ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
Keen eye for effective copy and design.
Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools such as Clevertap, Amplitude, and Moengage.
Growth mindset with a desire to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Hands-on experience with CRM and push notification tools.
Strong understanding of B2C and e-commerce marketing principles
