Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and driven Performance Marketing interns with a strong background in marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content for our digital debt recovery campaigns and crafting seamless customer journeys. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and marketing expertise.
Duration: Contract position for 6 Months - Conversion basis on performance
Key Responsibilities:
1.Content Creation:
- Develop compelling content for various debt recovery campaign templates, ensuring consistency with brand messaging guidelines.
2.Customer Journey Development:
- Design and implement customer journey maps that enhance user experience and drive engagement.
- Analyse customer behaviour and feedback to optimise the journey and increase conversion rates.
3.Campaign Strategy:
- Collaborate with multiple teams including data and operations to develop and execute multi-channel communication strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
4.Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations to share insights with the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation and marketing strategy development.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and marketing funnels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM, Gsheets).
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively.
