- Job Summary: The Calling Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients via phone to promote our IT products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Client Outreach:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce and promote the company's IT products and services.Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify leads to support the sales team.Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and providing relevant information to prospective clients.Data Management:
Accurately update and maintain client information in the CRM system.Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients and relay it to the relevant departments for continuous improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities, lead status, and customer feedback to management.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a calling executive, telemarketing, or customer service role is preferred.
