Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at Zenith Consultancy in Gurugram. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about properties, answering queries, and arranging property viewings. Additionally, the Telecaller will maintain customer databases, follow-up on leads, and assist in scheduling appointments.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Good knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Fluency in English and Hindi
