Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Telecaller with Social Media expertise and basic knowledge of Excel to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential customers over the phone and through social media platforms to promote our products/services and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of various social media platforms, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in using basic Excel functions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our marketing efforts and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services, explain features, and answer inquiries.
Manage inbound calls, respond to customer queries, and provide product information.
Utilize social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) to engage with potential customers, create brand awareness, and share promotional content.
Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and respond to comments or messages promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in Excel or CRM software.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products/services to existing customers during interactions.
Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and provide necessary information for further follow-ups.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and new digital marketing techniques to enhance performance.
Provide regular reports on call and social media activities, lead conversions, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role.
Demonstrated expertise in using social media platforms for marketing and lead generation.
Proficient in using basic Excel functions (e.g., data entry, sorting, filtering).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively close leads.
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for customer engagement and satisfaction.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
