Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller at Hare Krishna Enterprises. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting company services, and scheduling appointments. Additionally, the Caller will handle customer inquiries and provide information about advertising solutions offered by HKE.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Customer service experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Prior experience in the advertising industry preferred
• Minimum of a high school diploma required
