Answering phones and explaining courses offered by our Institute to graduate / post graduate students.
Obtaining information and other relevant data.
Resolving queries and issues related to our courses.
Maintaining the database on CRM software / portal.
Good communication skills.
Candidates will be required to call on leads provided by the Institute and convince graduate students to enrol for the job guaranteed course in Private Sector Banks.
