Job Description

We are looking for a resilient, empathic Busniess Development associate to contribute to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BBA/MBA degree with a specialization in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong passion for sales and a desire to build a career in the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to take initiative and work
    independently.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging sales targets.
  • Basic understanding of IT products, services, and trends in the market (previous IT-
    related experience is a plus).
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM software, MS Office, and other sales-related
    tools.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and approach potential IT clients.
  • Present IT products/services to clients.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences.
  • Collaborate with the technical team for customized solutions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors.
