What you will do: In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring smooth operations across the company. Your responsibilities will include:
Operations:
- Responsible for managing company operations to ensure smooth functioning of various departments primarily Business Operations, Sales, Design & Marketing.
- Work with the Design Team on creating design content.
- Work with the marketing department on Designs, CRM for sending emails, SMS campaigns for marketing campaigns.
- Work with the sales team on CRM for lead allocation to the sales team, distribution of sales lists, evaluating manpower availability, updating records.
- Host webinars on weekend mornings (2 hrs) and 1-2 weekday evenings- in lieu of that you'll be given one day comp off during weekdays.
What all you need:
- Strong communication skills and strong mastery over written and verbal English.
- Flexible to work on weekends, weekday evenings.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work with great speed.
- Preferred if you have prior internship or minimum 1+ years experience in similar roles in edtech
