Assist in creating & executing business operations plan to support different business functions such as Business development/Sales, CRM operations, market research and presales.
Collect business requirements from key stakeholders and creation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
Create SOP documents, user guides, process workflow documents and maintain the centralized repository.
Plan and execute audit activities for multiple business campaigns and processes.
Perform periodic audits to ensure data hygiene and compliance in CRM across multiple data sets - including sales data, client's information, and other related details.
Prepare detailed audit reports for different processes, and publish those for key stakeholders, leadership and concerned teams.
Implement data management & migration strategy to ensure CRM & Sales SOP compliance.
