Position: Business Growth & Client Relations Intern

  • Role Overview:

As a Business Growth & Client Relations Intern at Scidecs, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and enhancing client satisfaction. This internship offers hands-on experience in business development, client engagement, and relationship management. You will work closely with our sales, customer success, and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities, foster strong client relationships, and support strategic initiatives that contribute to Scidecs success.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning. Support the sales team in building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Client Relations: Engage with existing clients to understand their needs, address any concerns, and ensure their continued satisfaction with Scidecs services. Foster long-term relationships that drive client retention and loyalty.
Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals tailored to prospective clients needs. Assist in gathering and analyzing client requirements to align Scidecs offerings with their goals.
Customer Success: Work alongside the customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding for new clients, provide ongoing support, and track client satisfaction metrics. Contribute to developing strategies that enhance the overall client experience.Campaign & Communication Management: Help create and execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage prospective clients and re-engage existing ones. Manage communication channels, including email, phone, and social media, to maintain strong client connections.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of business development and client relations activities. Provide insights and recommendations for improving processes and achieving business growth targets.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment in achieving company objectives and delivering value to clients.
  • Required Skills:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and articulate business concepts effectively.
Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for nurturing client relationships.Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends, client needs, and sales data to identify opportunities for business growth and client engagement.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Acumen: Basic understanding of software and technology solutions, with a willingness to learn more about Scidecs products and services.
Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the company's growth and client success.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and contribute positively to the work culture.
  • Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience or internships in business development, client relations, or customer success is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM tools, sales analytics platforms, or customer success software is preferred.
