- Develop and Maintain Relationships: Foster professional relationships with architects and interior designers, generating sales inquiries and forwarding them to the Sales team.
- Liaise with Builders and Specifiers: Promote Whitelion products, generate inquiries, and oversee project execution with builders and specifiers.
- Engage with Hospitality Sector: Interact with authorized personnel in the hospitality sector, promoting Whitelion products and facilitating inquiries and project execution.
- Conduct Presentations and Demonstrations: Present and demonstrate Whitelion products to architects, builders, specifiers, and other stakeholders as required.
- Prepare Client-Specific Quotations: Tailor quotations to clients requirements following site visits.
- Manage Follow-ups: Follow up on existing leads, ongoing projects, and architect inquiries to ensure timely progression.
- Address and Manage Expectations: Maintain positive and mutually beneficial relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and specifiers regarding products.
- Drive Sales Growth: Take initiative in managing, negotiating, and closing ongoing leads.
- Update CRM Database: Ensure timely and accurate updates of customer interactions and progress.
- Coordinate Material Dispatch: Oversee the dispatch of materials to clients based on prepared quotations.
- Report Conflicts and Issues: Promptly report any conflicts or issues with stakeholders to superiors for resolution.
- Submit Reports on Rejected Deals: Provide reports on rejected deals and inquiries to superiors for analysis and future strategy development.
- Regular Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to superiors to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
