We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development professional with 0-5 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for our organization.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
• Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful delivery of projects
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities to senior management

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 0-5 years of experience in business development or sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Knowledge of the Indian market and industry trends
