Sales/Account Management: 5+ years of sales, account, and relationship management for a solution / in a professional services industry, including managing a portfolio of key accounts.
Must possess excellent good client engagement and communication skills, to facilitate meetings, demos, and discovery sessions
Identify new clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network.
Prospect and generate quality leads for new clients to ensure a robust pipeline.
Drive new client development via market research, cold call prospecting, lead generation and consistent sales activities with a focus on complex sales opportunities
Have strong knowledge in H1B Transfer and GC Process.
The priority for this role is to add MSP/VMS accounts (business development - 80%), and provide input to the delivery model that works best for specific Clients/MSP's.
Management: 3+ years of people management
Experience working in a CRM including sales forecasting for your territory.
Negotiate and close new business opportunities hitting required sales goals.
Have crystal clear professional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with clients, partners, vendors, and internal team members alike.
Familiarity and know-how about latest IT technology and IT in general, e.g. AWS, cloud services, Full stack Development etc.
