Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Representative at WeCP | We Create Problems. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for outbound sales, cold calling, discovery & lead generation. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with customers , and contribute to the growth of the company. While the role is primarily located in Pune, there is flexibility to also work from our Bangalore office.

Qualifications

• Cold Calling , Outbound Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales and business development
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
