Job Overview

We are looking for a competent and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team at Disha Skill Training Services. This role requires someone with 4 to 6 years of experience in business development. As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our organization by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales revenue. This is a full-time position based in Vashi, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the recruitment and HRD training industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proposing suitable solutions.
  • Create and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitable contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of projects.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing feedback and suggestions to the management team.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
