Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our motivated Sales Department. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong track record of success in driving business growth. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients and partners through various channels, including freelancer platforms, LinkedIn, B2B collaboration and other lead generation methods.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Have an experienced in Sales and Marketing team handling.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to develop and execute effective sales strategies and initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to key stakeholders, showcasing the value proposition of our products and services.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the client.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential risks.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 7 years in business development or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a proven ability to close deals.
- Solid understanding of market research and analysis techniques.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive for achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
