Your Core Objective
As a BDR Manager, you will manage our BDR/SDR teams who are core for building pipelines.
What do you do as a BDR Manager at TestSigma
Manage a team of high performing BDRs working across regions.
You'll be on the hot seat talking to CTOs & VP Engineering of fast-growing organizations, generating interest and, in turn, creating qualified sales opportunities.
Qualify leads from different marketing campaigns as viable sales opportunities.
Prospect midsize and enterprise accounts in the North America and Europe markets to build a quality pipeline for Account Executives.
Create and manage a predictable pipeline by multi-threading and bringing the right decision-maker to the call.
Technical aptitude and ability to learn new concepts quickly
Come up with customized product solutions that will help boost customer satisfaction.
Leverage the current tech stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn SalesNav, Lusha, etc.,) and develop creative ideas for implementing new tech stacks to build quality SQLs.
Be part of a performance-oriented sales team that focuses on high growth; celebrates success, learns & improves from failures; constantly strives to improve standards daily.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of proven work experience as a BDR or similar Outbound Sales role that involves prospecting for B2B SaaS companies.
Priorier experience in handling a team is a must.
Experience in selling DevOps, automation testing software, or developer tools is a big plus.
Prior working experience in SaaS startup or B2B Tech sales would be an added advantage.
MBA or an engineering background would be an added advantage
Excellent customer service skills, with Impressive communication skills and good experience with various sales techniques
Knowledge about using a CRM / Outreach / Salesloft; Linkedin SalesNa knowledge is a plus.
Highly passionate about learning & growing in sales, self-driven, proactive and motivated individual.
Passionate about technology and curiosity to understand different prospecting tools.
