Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth through strategic business-to-business (B2B) sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.

Desired Profile Required:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales/business development pan India and any other territory company is targeting.
  • Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Proven track record of Success into B2B sales and demonstrable track record. Strong in building sales pipeline, sales closing and building long term client relationships.
  • Excellent sales strategist with team management and negotiation Skills.
  • Negotiate contract terms and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes Lead sales efforts to acquire new B2B clients, nurturing leads through the sales pipeline and converting them into customers.
  • A passion for sales and a drive to succeed and grow into a Global Sales leader.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation skills and knowledge of Enterprise software, Cloud, Mobile and SaaS software, sales, pricing and Go to market strategies.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales to achieve monthly target backed up by market planning Maintain and develop new relationships with clients.
  • Prepare proposal and presentation required for marketing product for various project and finalization of contracts.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills with clients. Generate revenue and design strategies for maximizing profitability and also realize corporate goals.
  • Provide effective, efficient, professional service and advice to ensure client satisfaction of the highest level.
  • Positively impact the performance of individual sales team members by implementing and managing field support tools, including training programs, productivity initiatives, account and territory planning methodologies.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with experience in sales management or leadership roles
