We are now looking to expand our client base and are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager / Sales Executive to join our team.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.

Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies.

Convert leads into clients through effective communication, negotiation, and closing techniques.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.

Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.

Collaborate with the development and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and success.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Knowledge of the software development industry is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base Salary: 3,00,000 to 4,00,000 per annum

Commission: Up to 3% on new business generated

Annual Bonus: Based on achieving sales targets
