Business Development Manager

Shift timings:9am to 6pm

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: 5LPA to 7LPA

Work mode: Work from Home

Job Summary:

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our Business. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or any specific degree in Business administration

MBA degree in same domain would be a plus

Experience:

3+ years as BDM or 6+ years as BDE along with Leadership/Managerial experience

Prior experience into Real estate, home decor or construction field isRequired

Proven managerial experience of at least 10+ BDEs

Desired candidates:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong convincing power to onboard clients and vendors

Fluency in English, Hindi and any 1 of the following language is must: Marathi, Telugu, Kannada, Punjabi, Malayalam, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Bengali

Strong knowledge about Excel and calling operators

Strong knowledge about CRM

Own laptop/Desktop required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop growth strategies

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Sometime converting leads into onboarding businesses may be required

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients

Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions

Keep records revenue, invoices, team's performance etc.

Achieve team targets by taking necessary steps.
