The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving growth and expanding the customer base of the fitness center. The BDM will develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, build relationships with potential clients, and enhance the overall brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the fitness centers goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, corporate we'llness programs, and community events.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations to secure new business deals.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to improve service offerings.
Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Represent the fitness center at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Reporting and Performance Monitoring:
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the fitness or we'llness industry.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and sales strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
