- We are looking for a stellar Business Development Manager who can strengthen and grow our Business Development (BD) department.
- The BD department reaches out to brands and agencies across APAC (primarily in Singapore and Southeast Asia) to help them deliver spectacular influencer marketing campaigns all over the world!
- In this position, you will be tasked with setting up meetings, participating in them with senior BD members, taking in briefs from clients, and conceptualizing influencer marketing campaigns while working together with leading brands and agencies like Disney, Unilever, Dentsu, and IPG amongst many others.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Business Development
Researching, identifying, and generating new leads within targeted accounts.
Compiling information about target companies and identifying key players within these companies.
Arranging and running pitch meetings and calls with clients, maintaining active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications.
Upsell and Cross-sell existing clients.
Bring onboard new clients.
Maintain a healthy pipeline and ensure delivery of monthly and quarterly sales, margin, and invoicing targets.
Preparing campaign proposals.
Work with the in-house creative team to:
Campaign Delivery
Work closely with the VP APAC to ensure that the delivery team has all the required technical and labor resources allocated from HQ.
Work with the APAC Client Director to close deals and transfer them to the client servicing team. Ensure high quality of delivery and maintain client satisfaction to improve chances of renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
Maintain an eye on campaign delivery.
Team Management and Training
Additional Responsibilities
Stay up-to-date with social media and digital technology trends and use these insights to produce better proposals.
Improve sales materials including but not limited to sales decks, whitepapers, surveys, etc

3 - 6 years of professional working experience.
Fluency in English (Native/Professional).
A strong network of Marketing professionals on both client-side and agency side in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
Existing CRM knowledge (Pipedrive ideally but any other CRM like Salesforce or Hubspot is also fine).
Great organization skills & work ethics.
Excellent communication skills and empathy.
Patience and persistence.
Nice to have: experience in working with companies from B2B sector (media/advertising agencies, startups) or B2C influencers: young talents and creators.
