Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding our business objectives and devising effective strategies to drive business development. They will play a crucial role in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and ultimately converting leads into sales.

Responsibilities:

1- Master company products and services.

2- Craft and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and meet sales targets.

3-Employ market research, networking, and cold calling to uncover new business opportunities.

4- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure, ensuring prompt delivery of solutions.

5- Negotiate contracts for mutually beneficial partnerships.

6- Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospects.

7- Anticipate and address client objectives to promote company services effectively.

8- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.

9- Nurture and sustain client relationships.

10- Deliver engaging sales presentations.

11- Collaborate internally to devise customized client solutions.

12- Prepare sales proposals and negotiate contracts adeptly.

13-Oversee Ui-UX designer and development outsourcing relationships.

14- Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

1- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

2- Proven track record of success in business development, with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.

3-Strong understanding of the software development industry and related technologies.

4- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5-Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to meet client needs.

6-Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

7-Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

8- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Location - Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

Immediate Joiner Preferred

Locals Preferred. Or Candidate Ready to relocation.

Candidates with experience in with US & Canada client acquisition will be a plus
