Role Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and expanding market reach. This full-time, on-site role is based in Kolkata and will require overseeing client relationships, understanding market trends, and collaborating with teams to implement strategic initiatives. Daily responsibilities include developing sales pipelines, conducting market research, engaging in competitor analysis, and presenting tailored solutions to clients that align with Human and Emotion Learning's offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience and skills in Market Research, Sales, and Strategic Planning
• Proficiency in Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
• Knowledge of Business Development, Partnership Building, and B2B Sales
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with training and development, education technology, or HR solutions is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
