Job Description

Job Title - Business Development Manager

Location - Gurugram

If you have got the best persuasion skills, this is a perfect role for you. Haut Monde Mrs. India Worldwide is a vertical of Haut Monde India. We are committed to providing women empowerment through our annual basis Beauty Pageant Platform - Haut Monde Mrs. India Worldwide. You will be responsible for connecting with clients who are located in International Countries and getting them on board as contestants of Haut Monde Mrs. India Worldwide. The role will expose you to some of the biggest brands in the industry and their working pattern. And also, not to forget an all Inclusive International Trip on an annual basis and trips to other domestic locations as well.

Must have:

Go-getter attitude

Excellent Communication Skills

Superb negotiation skills

Should have a Valid Passport

Willing to travel to International Location with the Haut Monde India Team (Yes, you would be traveling to an exotic European Location with us!)

What Will You Do:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to increase revenue and drive new business
  • Maintain relationships with the contestants and execute BD activities with complete ownership.
  • On-board the contestants for auditions & grooming fees of Haut Monde Mrs. India Worldwide through various modes of communication.
  • Regular follow-ups with the contestants through Social Media Messaging Platforms, Emails, Whatsapp, and Calls for payment checks and any other grievances
  • Attend Zoom Meetings with the contestants to further counsel them about the organization role and motives and gain their trust.
  • Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure that all contestant's needs are met and that all events are executed successfully
  • Reach Monthly targets without fail
  • Treat as if this is your own organization and takes strong initiatives

Qualifications

  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Should have a good general knowledge to connect with prospects and establish connections.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Excellent Persuasion skills and counseling skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM and Google Sheets.
  • Valid Visa is a must
